School field trip to Rossmore!!!!

On Thursday 1st October, the whole school took the bus to Rossmore Park.

We were met by Mr. Joe Shannon, local Birdwatching enthusiast who gave us a wonderful talk on the types of birds that we could see (and hear!) in the park. The children learned a lot from Joe, we thank him for coming in to see us.

We also had a scavenger hunt and some energetic pupils went for a 3km run through the forest, led by Mrs. Doherty! See the pictures elsewhere.
