Green Schools Day of Action

Scoil Mhichil is busy working towards our first Green Flag for Litter and Recycling under the watchful eye of Mr. Ciarán O' Hart. To raise awareness, the school is having a "Day of Action" this Friday 28th. There will be a whole school litter pick, a visit from Mr Hugh Mc Elvaney and a presentation by the Green Schools Committee. All children are encouraged to wear something GREEN on Friday and to make a hat/ piece of clothing from recycled material. It will be a fun day. Look out for pictures on the website soon!
